GAG: Clown with a large button that reads 'Tax Cut Clown' waving flexible 14' to 20' pole with a long string of cash. Chasing the cash around is another group of clowns. It's constantly just out of their reach. Here kids and others can have fun chasing the money that's waving back and forth too. Until the Fat Cats, 2 clowns in padded out business suits on 2' stilts with money coming out of their pockets, come over and easily grab all the money, and stuff it into their pockets exclaiming "Whoah ho! That was fun! Games over. Go home". (wait a minute or 2, reset and and repeat)
PROPS: The poles are available at kite shops, or some fishing pole shops, usually with a long flag attached to them to play with. They break down to about 3' lengths.
The bills have to be attached to the flag, or cord very securely (Stitched?) as when they get yanked around as is necessary for this game there is quite a whipping action on them.
You must be very careful not to hurt anyone with the whipping action. Practice sufficiently with this prop until you are comfortable enough to control it with children and others around.
