GAG: Clown displays small bag labeled 'War Costs' and explains the costs are small. From the bag he starts to remove a section of 1 1/2 inch dowel. It's marked '3 billion dollars' on it. He continues to remove it. at 4 feet it's marked '30 billion dollars', and when the entire 8 foot pole is removed from the bag it's marked '100 Billion plus'. (the magic prop called the 10' pole is really more like 8' and looks like a solid 8' wooden pole)

TIPS: The pole rolls up quite small, yet looks like a wooden pole as it emerges. Drawing here is a little inaccurate. You must hold the rolled up 10' Pole from the bottom of the bag, through the bag, so that it can be let out a little at a time, as you reach into the opening of the bag and take out more and more.
Give your rant about the estimated costs of this war. Take out the pole slowly, but it keeps coming out. Actual prop is about 8' long.
