GAG: 3 clowns honking horns, and blowing whistles attack an innocent bystander (probably one of us posing as a normal person not in a clown outfit, just to play it safe), spraying him with silly-string. They exit, and 3 more clowns show up as a clean up crew who immediately start to clean up the mess. "We're with George W, and want you to know that we didn't cause this mess. In fact we're not with those clowns! Those were rogue clowns, but look how well we can clean it up! Aren't we doing a great job cleaning it all up for you!" (and continue to sing their own praises until it's COMPLETELY cleaned up)
PROPS: 6 cans of Silly String Horns and whistles A Patsy (someone who looks like a bystander, the more conservatively dressed, the funnier it is) Small garbage bag to store the cleaned up foam in.
