After Steve 'Guitar' Miller saw Frank perform his Jimi Hendrix routine (playing guitar on a tall unicycle while juggling balls and torches, lighting the guitar on fire, dropping an American flag, and shooting off fireworks) they became fast friends.

Here Frank appears onstage in Monte Rio, CA in July of 2000, at a benefit show with Steve Miller and Bob Weir, the guitar player from 'The Grateful Dead'.  During the Encore number ('Take the Money and Run') Frank rode onstage on his tall unicycle, played along with Miller and Weir while juggling.  For the finish Frank got down off the unicycle and blew off a shower of sparks out of his guitar.
