In 1979 Frank Olivier started his career performing for tourists on the streets in San Francisco.  A mere 4 years later he was doing his act in a hit Broadway show with Mickey Rooney. 

That was followed by appearances on  "The Tonight Show", other television, casino, and corporate shows, and even shows for royalty.
